This appeal has been listed after a period of 30 years. As per the office report, the respondent firm was represented through Mr. Ram Niwas, partner, who is reported dead.

The total dispute involved in the present case is with respect to the correctness of notice dated 14.11.1983 issued by the State of Haryana to recover the amount of ₹41,598/- towards the refund of subsidy which was previously sanctioned. The whereabouts of the respondent are not available. 3.

Since the amount involved in the present case is meager, therefore, no further order is required to be passed. 4.
