ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in this petition is for quashing of FIR No.42 dated 13.05.2019 under Sections 409, 420, 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Division No.1, Pathankot and all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Kuldeep Raj, submits that on 05.07.2019, the petitioner was declared innocent and challan against co-accused Satpal Bhardwaj and Ved Parkash Bhanda Bhandari has been presented.
