Mr. Shivendra Swaroop, DAG, Haryana HARKESH MANUJA, J.(ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Sections 10 & 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India, prayer has been made for initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondents on account of alleged non-compliance of order dated 02.03.2022 passed by this Court in CWP-2584-2022.

Reply by way of affidavit of Yogesh Kumar, Block Development and Panchayat Officer, Chhachhrauli, filed on behalf of respondent No.2 in the registry is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the needful in the context of order dated 02.03.2022 has been done as the petition filed under Sections 4 and 5 of the Haryana Public Premises and Land (Eviction & Rent Recovery) Act, 1972 by the petitioners, stands finally disposed of by the Collector, Jagadhri, vide order dated 26.10.2023, thereby rendering the present petition as infructuous.
