(ORAL) Petitioner herein, inter alia, seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus to direct the respondents for preparing Seniority List of Female Head Warders for promotion to the post of Female Sub Assistant Superintendent and to take further decision as per seniority list. 2.

Additional reply filed on behalf of respondents by way of affidavit of Jagjit Singh, Inspector General of Prisons O/o the Director General of Prisons, Haryana, Sector 14, Panchkula tendered in court has been taken on record. Same reveals thatService Rules have now been amended and notified vide Gazettee notification dated 29.04.2022 (Annexure R-1).

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not controvert the aforesaid.
