NAMIT KUMAR J. (Oral) The present petition has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of an appropriate writ to quash/cancel the deputation of respondents No.3 to 5 with a further direction to respondent - Corporation to consider and promote the petitioners to the post of Assistant Engineers.
Sh. Manish Joshi, Advocate, has put in appearance on behalf of respondent No.2 and submits that the petitioner was later on promoted as Assistant Engineer and the petitioner as well as respondents No.3 to 7 have already retired from service on attaining the age of superannuation and therefore, the instant petition has been rendered infructuous.
Disposed of as having become infructuous.
