Status report in the form of affidavit of Deputy Superintendent of Police, Counter Intelligence, Gurdaspur, has been sent through e-mail, hardcopy whereof, has been placed on record.

However, at this state, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to pursue with the present petition and intends to withdraw the same.

In view of the submissions so made, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.
