Mr. Satnam Preet Singh Chauhan, DAG, Punjab - HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI, J.(ORAL) In the present petition, the grievance of the petitioner is that as per the revised result of Punjab State Teacher Eligibility Test, 2011 issued in the year 2017 (Annexure P-1), the petitioner has cleared the same but the benefit of the said revised result is not being given to the petitioner even for the future selection, which is arbitrary and illegal. Learned State counsel submits that nothing has come on record that any subsequent advertisement, which has been issued after the petitioner has been declared eligible in the Punjab State Teacher Eligibility Test, the claim of the petitioner has been declined on the basis that she is ineligible.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that in case any post is advertised, and the petitioner is found eligible keeping in view her revised Punjab State Teacher Eligibility Test result the claim of the petitioner will be considered alongwith all other eligible candidates.
