(ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C.) for grant of concession of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.108 dated 31.07.2017, under Sections 326, 195, 182, 201, 120-B, 34, 211 and 182 IPC, registered at Police Station Baragudha, District Sirsa.

It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that in terms of order dated 01.05.2018, the petitioner has joined the investigation on 09.05.2018 and his custodial interrogation is no longer required in this case.
