(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 39 dated 14.02.2019 registered under Sectins 120-B, 406 and 420 IPC at Police Station Arya Nagar, Rohtak.

According to the prosecution, the petitioner has cheated his real brother-Ranvir Singh Ahlawat (complainant) by forging his signatures and obtaining loan by mortgaging his petrol pump and also issued two cheques of ` 40,00,000/- and ` 80,00,000/-, totalling ` 1,20,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore Twenty Lakhs) in the CC account of his own petrol pump and then withdrew the same from ICICI Bank.

Heard.

Perusal of record shows that apart from this FIR, another FIR No. 348 dated 12.06.2018 has also been registered against the petitioner for committing cheating and fraud. Various other complaints on the similar set of allegations, like cheating, fraud, bouncing of cheque etc., have also been RISHU KATARIA 2019.03.07 17:18 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-10206-2019 -2filed against the petitioner by different people. The petitioner has also misused the blank signed cheques of his brother-complainant. Considering the seriousness of allegations levelled against the petitioner and that he is an habitual offender and further that many cases of cheating, fraud and bouncing of cheques, are under process against him, this Court is not inclined to grant him the concession of anticipatory bail. Dismissed.
