MAHABIR SINGH SINDHU J. (ORAL) Present petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No.677 dated 29.10.2012 under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B and 506 IPC registered at Police Station Jind City, District Jind. Learned State counsel has handed over a copy of the order dated 27.03.2017 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Jind which shows that the petitioners has been acquitted from the charges. Faced with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioner does not wishes to press the present petition and states that the same has been rendered infructuous.

Ordered accordingly.
