ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Matter was taken up for hearing on 18.01.2023, when none appeared for appellants and Registry was asked to issue notice to appellants. Needful has been done.
Office report reveals that all the appellants have died. It appears that by sheer effluxion of time, since appeal has been pending for the past almost 28 years, appellants have lost interest to pursue the appeal, as neither anyone appears on their behalf nor legal representatives have taken any steps for their impleadment.
In the premise, instant appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution with liberty to the appellant to file application in case any cause of action survives.
