After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners contends that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to raise all the pleas taken in the present petition at the time of disposal of the petition on merits by the Family Court, Patiala. 2.

He further submits that the petitioners may also grant liberty to approach the Family Court to refer the matter to the mediation. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn, as above.

If any request for reference of the matter to the mediation is made on behalf of the petitioners, the same shall be considered by the Family Court.
