This is a petition under section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of FIR registered under sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC at police station Punjab State Crime, SAS Nagar. Admittedly, investigation of the case is still pending. Under the circumstances, no case for interference in inherent jurisdiction is made out. Dismissed.
