The petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No.15 dated 09.03.2017, under Section 365 of the IPC, registered at Police Station CityI, Malerkotla, District Sangrur. The Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 31.05.2017 had directed the petitioners to appear before the Investigating Officer and to join the investigation and in the event of arrest, they were to be released on interim bail subject to the satisfaction of the Investigating/Arresting Officer.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Khalil Khan, states that the petitioners have joined investigation and are not required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the submissions of learned counsel for the State that the petitioners have joined investigation, the order dated 31.05.2017 granting interim bail to the petitioners is made absolute.
