CM-4264-CWP-2024 For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same stands allowed. Main case is preponed and taken on board today itself. CWP-5238-2024 1. The present Civil Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to release the service benefits of the petitioners of the service rendered by them with respondent No.2. 2. Learned counsel would contend that the petitioners who were working as Assistant Professors on contract basis from the year 2015 and 2017, were relieved from the services in 2022. Their grievance is that less of their salary was paid to them in October, 2022 and an amount of Rs.50,809/- was also deducted from gratuity of petitioner No.1. In this regard, a legal notice dated 20.11.

2023, Annexure P-7, has been served upon respondents, which has yet not evoked any response. He thus, at this stage, on instructions, submits that the petitioners are sanguine of it being considered in a positive manner, in case, MOHIT 2024.03.

CM-4264-CWP-2024 in/& CWP-5238-2024 (O&M) -2direction is given to the respondents to decide the same in a time bound manner by granting them an opportunity of hearing.
