The petitioner has sought a writ of mandamus directing the respondents-Authorities to decide his representation dated 08.02.2024 (Annexure P-16) and further to implement the order dated 17.04.2017 (Annexure P-15) and the order dated 02.07.2013 (Annexure P-6), passed by the respondent-Authorities.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner argues that in respect of claim of the petitioner, respondent No. 2 passed an order on 02.07.2013 (Annexure P-6) directing the Authorities below to refix the reserve price without taking into account the auction price. It is further submitted that vide order dated 23.04.2016, respondent No. 3 rejected the claim of the petitioner but in appeal, respondent No. 3 set aside the said order on 17.04.2017 (Annexure P-15). It is further submitted that the respondent-Authorities did not file any revision against the said order and the same has attained finality. Learned counsel further argues that the respondent-Authorities are not implementing the order dated 17.04.2017 (Annexure P-15) despite repeated representations/reminders. Served with an advance copy of the writ petition, Mr. Gaurav Bansal, DAG, Haryana along with Mr. Karan Jindal, Asst. A.G., Haryana appear for the respondent-State and Mr. Aman Bahri, Advocate appears for respondents No. 2 and 3 and files his Power of Attorney.

Learned counsel for respondents No. 2 and 3 does not controvert the factum that no revision has been filed by the respondentAuthorities against the order dated 17.04.2017 (Annexure P-15). 5.
We have heard the learned counsel for the parties. 6.
As the limited prayer of the petitioner is in respect of the implementation of order dated 17.04.2017 (Annexure P-15) regarding which he has already made representation dated 08.02.2024 (Annexure P-16), we deem it appropriate to dispose of the present writ petition and direct the respondent-Authorities to implement the order dated 17.04.2017 (Annexure P-15) and further decide the representation dated 08.02.2024 (Annexure P-16) submitted by the petitioner to the Chief Administrator, Marketing Board, Haryana by passing an appropriate reasoned order, in accordance with law, at the earliest, preferably within a period of 06 weeks from the date of receipt of copy/ production of this order.
