JUSTICE GURVINDER SINGH GILL Present:- Mr. Fatehjeet Singh, Advocate for the petitioners. ***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Today, at the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all the points raised herein before the Trial Court at appropriate stage including his submission to the effect that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case at the behest of opposite party, who are none else but the cousins of the petitioners, with whom the petitioners are having a land dispute and who had murdered the real brother of petitioners No.1 and 2 and despite having committed the murder they were able to manoeuvre the investigation and got a cancellation report filed, and also his plea to the effect that the Civil Court has virtually made observations in their favour and that there was a 'stay' in operation in their favour when the alleged FIR was lodged.
