(ORAL) Grievance of the petitioner is that appeal/representation against proceedings impugning order dated 10.12.2018 are pending before The Principal Secretary-cum-Financial Commissioner, Department of Urban Local Bodies, Government of Haryana (respondent no. 2 herein). However, no decision has been taken thereon. It has been inter alia submitted by Mr. Chopra that appeal is in fact not maintainable.

Without expressing any opinion on this issue, we dispose off the writ petition with a direction that in case any proceedings are pending relating to the matter before respondent no. 2, same be decided at the earliest, in any case not later than six weeks.
