This is an application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 for preponing the date of hearing in the main case (CR2113-2019). 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. With the consent of learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner, the main revision petition is taken on Board today itself. CM stands disposed off. CR No.2113 of 2019 3.

The present revision petition has been filed for setting aside the order dated 03.01.2019 passed by the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Sunam whereby application filed by the petitioner under Order XXVI Rule 9 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 has been dismissed.
