The petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.87 dated 10.8.2018 registered for the offences under Sections 354-D, 384, 500, 506 and 509 IPC at Police Station Women, Panipat, District Panipat.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the record.

From the record, I find that the FIR in the present case was recorded on the statement of complainant, who stated that she is an unmarried girl. Accused No.1 Jackson Grover started chatting with her on face-book. In January 2018, he told the complainant that he is having chatting of complainant with him and would send the same to her parents in case she will not talk to him and started blackmailing her. Due to fear of insult, the complainant used to talk with accused No.1. Cr. Misc. No.M-10298 of 2019 [2] viral the chatting between them on face-book and whatsapp and then took her forcibly in a park. Thereafter, he took the complainant in a restaurant and took her photographs in his mobile phone and now started compelling her for illicit relation by blackmailing her. On refusal by the complainant, accused No.1 created a fake gmail ID in her name and also started chatting with her relatives and friends through her above mentioned fake face-book account and in that he used obscene and un-parliamentary language. It is also the allegation that some days ago, accused No.1 demanded `5,000/- from the complainant and told her that he will not follow her. On 28.7.2018, the complainant transferred the amount in the account of accused No.1 through phone-pay but despite that he has not left to follow the complainant. On 1.8.2018, accused No.1 withdrawn `10,000/- each three times from the complainant's account and in this way he withdrew `30,000/- etc.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the present case and serious allegations against the present petitioner levelled by the complainant, I do not find it a fit case where the petitioner is entitled for the grant of anticipatory bail.

Therefore, finding no merit in this petition, the same is dismissed.
