The present revision petition pertains to the year 2019. None had put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner on 19.05.2025 and on 04.08.2025. Today also the matter has been called twice since morning, however, none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present petition. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present petition for non-prosecution.
