Notice of motion to respondents No.1 to 5 at this stage. Ms. Samina Dhir, DAG, Punjab has accepted notice on behalf of the respondents No.1 to 5.

The counsel for the petitioner submitted that he will be satisfied if necessary direction is given to respondent No.2 to take action on the aforesaid representation.
