RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.43, dated 25.01.2023, under Sections 342, 384, 506, 34 IPC, registered at Police Station City Barnala, District Barnala.
After arguing at length, counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Court.
Allowed as prayed for.
Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. However, in case the petitioner surrenders before the concerned Court within a period of seven days from today and files an application for bail, the Court concerned is directed to deal with his application and decide the same expeditiously, in accordance with law.
