(Oral) The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (in short 'Cr.P.C.') in FIR No.10 dated 02.04.2017, for offence punishable under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (in short 'IPC') registered in Police Station Qadian, District Batala.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 03.04.2017 and is not involved in any other case.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Shiv Singh submits that in the present case no suicide note was recovered and the challan has already been presented.

Heard.
