Mr. R.S.Gill, Advocate for the respondent/complainant ******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in complaint case No. 111 dated 03.02.2011 registered for the offence punishable under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, appeal of which is pending before the Additional Sessions Judge, Rupnagar titled as Parveen Kumar Sharma Vs. Baljit Singh.

Heard.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that amount of `1 lakh was deposited by the petitioner and he has no objection if this amount is released in favour of complainant.

Learned counsel for the complainant also submits that the petitioner has complied with the order dated 16.05.2017 and has appeared Jyoti 2017.08.24 15:53 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

Keeping in view the above fact, this petition is allowed and the order dated 16.05.2017 is made absolute subject to the condition that petitioner shall appear before the Appellate Court on each and every date of hearing.

The amount of `1 lakh deposited by the petitioner be released in favour of the complainant.
