HARSH BUNGER, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is for issuance of direction to the respondents for taking in custody Gurdeep Singh son of Puran Singh resident of Village Raimal Majri, Tehsil Nabha, District Patiala, in case FIR No.37 dated 12.05.2016 (Annexure P-1), registered under Sections 304 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code, at Police Station Bhandson, Tehsil Nabha, District Patiala, whose anticipatory bail has been dismissed by this Court vide order dated 16.11.2016 (Annexure P-2).

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail other remedy(ies) as available to the petitioner in accordance with law.
