ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petition herein, inter alia, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to decide the pending representations dated 06.01.2021 and 22.02.2021 (Annexures P-4 and P-5). 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that while other similarly situated employees, who had approached the department for counting their services during the training period, for the purpose of disbursement of monetary benefits, have been given the benefit thereof. Whereas the petitioners' request has not met with any favourable response, despite their having given representations dated 06.01.2021 and 22.02.2021 contained at Annexures P-4 and P-5 qua the same. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioners further contends that even otherwise, case of the petitioners is squarely covered as per the SHALINI BHATIA 2021.03.25 04:51 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Ms. Mamta Talwar, DAG, Haryana on service of advance copy of the petition joins the proceedings and accepts notice on behalf of the respondent-State of Haryana.

Given the nature of order being passed, there is no necessity to seek return by any of the respondents as no further proceedings and/or pleadings are required.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to look into the representation dated 06.01.2021 (Annexure P-4) read with representation dated 22.02.2021 (Annexure P-5) and also the contentions stated in the present petition by treating the same as supplementary representation, and decide the same, by passing a speaking order, in accordance with law. 8.
Let the needful be done within a period of 60 days from today. 9.
In case any favourable order is passed, then benefit thereof be accorded to the petitioner within a period of 30 days thereafter. 10.
Disposed of accordingly.
