*** Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel has filed report of Sub Divisional Magistrate, Dera Bassi in the Court and the same is taken on record. It has been mentioned in the status report that the persons mentioned in the petition were doing the work at the brick kiln and their statements were recorded wherein they have stated that they have been paid remuneration of the work by the owner of the brick kiln and now they have left the brick kiln. They were not in the custody of the owner of the brick kiln.

In view the report dated 12.03.2019, nothing survives in the present petition.

Disposed of accordingly.
