**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) The impugned order has been passed on the basis of consensus arrived at between the parties, thereby acknowledging the entitlement of widow namely Kavita and son Rudransh of deceased Parveen Kumar.

The Tribunal has also recorded statements of the Advocates and joint statements of the petitioners. The order passed on consensus is not amenable to further challenge in the absence of any such allegation of fraud. No ground is made out to interfere in the present case.

Dismissed.
