Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of order dated 03.02.2020, petitioner has furnished the bail bonds to the satisfaction of District Magistrate, Ludhiana, who has also issued his release order but he has not been released so far.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Ludhiana about non-compliance of release order and then come to this Court, if so required.
