(ORAL) Through this common judgment two above titled petitions are being disposed of, as the same have been filed for quashing of FIR No. 161 dated 26.03.2015 registered under Sections 341, 323, 506 384 read with Section 34 IPC at Police Station DLF-II, Gurgaon and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

In view of the above, both the petitions are allowed and FIR No. 161 dated 26.03.2015 registered under Sections 341, 323, 506 384 read with Section 34 IPC at Police Station DLF-II, Gurgaon and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom qua the petitioners (in both cases) are quashed.
