(Oral) Present petition under Section 482 CrPC has been filed by the petitioner for quashing of the impugned order dated 18.05.2011 (Annexure P/4) in Crl. Comp. No.31/2 dated 08.06.2010 passed against the order dated 17.11.2010 to the extent of increase in the amount of interim maintenance from Rs.8000/- to Rs.14000/- only (wrongly written as Rs.80,000/- instead of Rs.14,000/- in para No.7 of the petition).

Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that all disputes between the parties have been settled. Learned counsel accordingly pray that they may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. 3.

In view of the statement of learned counsel for the parties, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn. All pending misc. applications also stand disposed of.
