Mr. Kapil Khanna, Advocate for the petitioner. Mrs. Amarjeet Kaur Khurana, Addl.A.G, Punjab. AJAY TEWARI, J (ORAL) This petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case F.I.R. No.6 dated 15.01.2011 registered under Sections 22/61/85 of the NDPS Act at Police Station Chohla Sahib, Tehsil and District Tarn Taran. On the last date of hearing, following order was passed: "Contends that there was a singular default in appearance. Apart from that, the petitioner has been associating himself with the trial. He further undertakes that he shall not commit any future default.

Notice of motion for 13.8.2015.

In the meantime, if the petitioner surrenders himself before the learned trial Court on or before the date fixed, he shall not be arrested. He will, however, furnish fresh bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court. The trial Court shall ensure heavy surety in order to obviate any future default."

Today the learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Parkash has stated that the petitioner has presented himself and that the assertion that it was a singular default in appearance is correct.

CRM-M- 17230 of 2015 #2# In the circumstances, the interim order dated 25.05.2015 is made absolute.

Petition stands allowed.
