This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioners vide FIR No. 78 dated 14.06.2014 under Sections 324, 323, 506, 34 IPC and section 326 IPC added later on at Police Station Meharban, district Ludhiana. Learned counsel for the State (on instructions from ASI Bhupinder Kumar, who is present in court) submits that pursuant to order dated May 29, 2015, petitioners have joined investigation and are no longer required for custodial interrogation. In view of the above, order dated May 29, 2015 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
