The instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.34 dated 08.02.2019 registered under Sections 406, 498-A IPC at Police Station Women Cell, Ludhiana.

By an order dated 05.07.2019 while referring the matter to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court, this Court had granted directed that no coercive means shall be adopted against the petitioner. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the mediation has failed but the petitioner has fully cooperated with investigation.
