*** SUVIR SEHGAL, J.(ORAL) This is the first petition filed by the petitioner under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.29, dated 08.04.2019 registered for offence under Section 376-D of IPC, 1860, and Sections 3 and 4 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, at Police Station Bhikhiwind, District Tarn Taran.

When confronted with the fact that the complainant has supported the case of the prosecution, counsel for the petitioner has sought and is granted permission to withdraw the petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
