M.M.S. BEDI, J. (ORAL) Petitioner is a lady who seeks concession of pre-arrest bail in a cross-version case. In the main case her father Balwant Singh is a complainant.

State counsel, on the instructions of ASI Balwan Singh, informs that the petitioner has joined investigation in the cross case and her custodial interrogation is not required in cross version.

The petition is allowed. Interim order dated 25.5.2015 is hereby made absolute subject to all the conditions under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
