ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Matter was taken up for hearing on 23.03.2023, when none appeared and Registry was asked to issue notice to appellants. Needful has been done.

Office report reveals that appellants No.1 and 2 have died. Appellant No.3 is reported to be residing abroad. Since legal heirs of appellants No.1 and 2 have not taken any steps to get themselves impleaded, nor any representative on behalf of appellant No.3 has come forward to pursue the appeal. It seems that by sheer effluxion of time and pendency of appeal as the same is pending since 29 years, they have lost interest in pursuing the appeal.
