(Oral) The grievance of the petitioner is that despite the representation dated 02.04.2016 (Annexure P-1) made to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Batala, no action has been taken by the DSP Fatehgarh Churian. The petitioner's apprehension in the complaint that the accused persons are threatening her that they will throw acid on her face and spoil her life. In view of above, without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Batala (respondent No.2), to get the complaint investigated from the DSP, Fatehgarh Churian, as stated in the representation (Annexure P-1), expeditiously.
