**** HARKESH MANUJA, J. (ORAL) By way of present petition filed under Section 482 CrPC, prayer has been made for investigation of FIR No. 696 dated 26.05.2018 under Sections 323, 34, 406, 420, 506 and 120-B IPC, P.S. Panipat City, Panipat.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Parminder Singh, P.S. Sadar Thana, City Panipat who is present in Court submits that investigation in aforesaid FIR already stands concluded with the filing of final report before Illaqa Magistrate. In view of the information provided by learned State counsel, nothing survives to be adjudicated upon in the present petition.
