**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) In view of the reply filed by the respondent No.2, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to assail Resolution No.22 passed by the Executive Council in its meeting dated 04.03.2015 in accordance with law and also to substantiate the entitlement of the petitioner with reference to the date of death of her husband on 28.09.2016 in the light of stand taken by the respondentPRINCE SAINI 2023.03.23 21.00 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

University in view of Annexure R-2/2 i.e. intimation furnished by TFS Corporate Solutions Ltd. to the Executive Engineer, M.D. Univeristy, Rohtak dated 01.04.2019 to show that the deceased husband of the petitioner was working with them from June 2012 to July 2015 and he left the job after July 2015 and thereafter, he died on 28.09.2016.
