(Oral) The prayer in this petition is for the quashing of the order dated 17.03.2022 (Annexure P-11) passed by the Sessions judge, Yamuna Nagar at Jagadhri vide which the regular bail of the petitioner granted by the Additional Sessions judge, Yamuna Nagar at Jagadhri has been cancelled and his bail bonds and surety bonds forfeited and further arrest warrants of the petitioner has been ordered to be issued in case FIR No.232 dated 30.03.2020 under Sections 379-A IPC registered with Police Station City Yamuna Nagar, District Yamuna Nagar.

Vide order dated 25.03.2022 passed by this Court, the petitioner was directed to surrender before the Trial Court within a period of 10 days and the Trial Court was to release him on interim bail subject to his furnishing bail/surety bonds.
