**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of directions to respondent No.2 to conduct fair and impartial investigation and registered an FIR under Sections 420, 467 and 468 IPC against respondents No.5 and 6.

At the outset, learned State counsel, on the instructions from ASI Babita, submits that the complaint in question was registered on 21.06.2022 and the same has been forwarded to the concerned Bank for verification of the signatures.

Upon this, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition.
