**** SANJAY VASHISTH , J. (Oral) On 13.03.2023, following order was passed:- "Petitioner- Nisha, aged about 21 years has filed instant petition for seeking protection to her life and liberty at the hands of respondents No. 6 to 12 and then to provide adequate security/police protection to her.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was earlier married on 15.02.2023 with Anil Kumar s/o Raju , resident of Village Kalia, District and Tehsil Ganga Nagar (respondent No. 6). Said marriage was performed against the wishes of the petitioner by her family members. Counsel further submits that on 18.02.2023, when petitioner could not bear the merciless beatings given by her husband (respondent No. 6), wherein he also tried to kill the petitioner by strangulation, she had to leave the company of her husband and went to her parental house.

Notice of motion for 13.04.2023.

Respondent No. 6 is directed to be present before this Court on the next date of hearing i.e. 13.04.2023." Today on the very outset, counsel for the petitioner states that a JAWALA RAM 2023.04.13 16:32 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgement.

2023:PHHC:051603 CRWP-2290-2023 - 2 - compromise has been arrived between the petitioner and respondent No.6 and other family members, with the help of panchayat. In view of the said compromise, both the parties i.e. petitioner and respondent No.6, have decided to stay separately from each other and in due course, a divorce petition would be filed before the competent Court of law. Thus, counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of present petition. Dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as stated herein-above.
