The present petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No.207, dated 19.11.2014, registered under Sections 406, 419, 420, 465, 467, 468 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Navi Baradari, Jalandhar City, Jalandhar, and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file afresh with better particulars. 3.
