(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.003 dated 06.01.2023 under Sections 307, 323 and 34 of IPC registered at Police Station, Sadar Jalalabad, District Fazilka. Learned State counsel on instructions from Investigating Officer submits that in compliance of order dated 13.03.2023, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 13.03.2023 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
