-.- JAISHREE THAKUR J. (ORAL) This is a petition that has been filed seeking to quash FIR No.0110 dated 21.02.2016 under Sections 306, 34, 498A IPC registered at Police Station Model Town, Panipat as well as the order dated 24.01.2017 declaring them as proclaimed offenders.

At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the respondent-State, on instructions from SI Vinod Kumar, submits that the matter has been rendered infructuous, since petitioners have been acquitted under the said FIR vide judgment dated 30.10.2019.
