**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (ORAL) This is a petition that has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No. 108 dated 12.04.2018 under Sections 452/ 454/ 354/ 323/ 34 IPC, registered at Police Station City Rajpura, District Patiala.

This Court was pleased to pass the following order on 02.05.2018 :- "Heard.

Learned counsel for the petitioners herein contends that the FIR has been lodged as an outcome of civil dispute. In fact, the petitioners herein are the sons of Krishan Singh, who has got possession of part of the property through the court from the family members of the complainants namely Suresh Kumar and Mamo Devi. It is submitted that no recoveries are to be effected from Satyawan 2018.07.31 15:27 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court Chandigarh

Notice of motion for 31.07.2018.

Meanwhile, in the event of arrest, the petitioners be released on interim bail subject to their furnishing personal bonds and surety to the satisfaction of Arresting/Investigating Officer. However, the petitioners shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so and shall abide by the conditions as provided under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C."

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners herein have joined the investigation.

Learned counsel for the respondent-State, on instructions from the Investigating Officer confirms the factum of joining investigation by the petitioners.

Since the petitioners have joined the investigation, the petition is allowed and interim order dated 02.05.2018 is hereby made absolute subject to the condition that the petitioners will not tamper with evidence or hamper the investigation; will not leave India without permission of the Court and will comply with the conditions contained in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
