(Oral) This is petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to official respondents No.1 to 3 to conduct the investigation in FIR No.2 dated 03.02.2018 registered under Sections 409, 120-B of Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station NRI, District Ludhiana in a fair and impartial manner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in the present case, the challan has been presented and thus, he seeks to withdraw the present petition.
