RAJIV SHARMA,J The petitioner, who was convicted and sentenced to undergo RI for 12 years in case FIR No.107 dated 14.10.2013 under Section 15 of the NDPS Act, P.S Sadar Kapurthala, has preferred this petition seeking direction to the Deputy Commissioner-cum-District Magistrate to decide his parole case within some time frame.

After having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and on perusal of the contents of the paper book, this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider the application (P.2) of the petitioner and decide the same within a period of three weeks from today.
